As a courtesy to all of our guests, and in order to maintain a relaxing environment, we request that all cell phones and pagers be turned off.
We accept cash, checks, and VISA / MasterCard for services rendered but not for gratuity.
Gratuity is greatly appreciated and can be accepted by staff in the form of cash or check. Credit card CANNOT be used for gratuity.
Children under 15 are not permitted on the second floor unless they are receiving a facial or massage with a parent or guardian.
We love children, and welcome families to TRENDZ, we do ask that when bringing them to your appointment you supervise them. They must be seated with you at all times. It is not the responsibility of the staff members to watch your children. We understand that accidents happen, but all salon and product damages will be covered at your expense.
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment. If you are coming to TRENDZ the salon spa for a package and it is your first visit we ask that you arrive 30 minutes ahead of your appointment. This preparation time is crucial in getting you changed into your robe and the consultation prior to all services. As to keep staff on time if you are late for your appointment, services will be shortened and full price will be charged.
What should I wear to my appointment?
No specific dress attire is needed. We ask you to please not bring valuables to your appointment. The salon and staff are not responsible for lost articles. If you are receiving the hydrotherapy tub woman can wear a bathing suit, but most choose not to.
Parking is available in the paved parking lot behind Trendz. Additionally, parking is available in the gravel lot on the corner of 4th street, catty-corner to Trendz. All side streets are available for free parking as well.
Attention Male Guests
TRENDZ the salon spa, is a professional establishment where inappropriate behavior or conversation will not be tolerated! If at any time, the massage therapist feels uncomfortable, due to inappropriate behavior or conversation, the services will be ended, you will be responsible for the full amount for the service scheduled, and then you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
Therapists are also not permitted to have private conversations about their personal lives during services so we ask that you refrain from intimate conversation. Undergarments are required to be worn during all massage services. If you have any questions concerning inappropriate behavior or any other subject, please feel free to ask before starting the service.
Due to the fact that a female therapist may be assisting a male guest with the hydrotherapy tub we do require men to wear swimming trunks during that service.
We will take legal action and prosecute ANY and ALL inappropriate behavior.
Gratuity is not included in service, gift certificate, or package prices. Gratuity is appreciated if you enjoyed your service. For an enjoyable service, the recommendation is 15-20%. Gratuity must be in the form or cash or check and cannot be placed on debit nor credit cards.
We understand that the need to reschedule appointments happens to almost everyone. We ask that you notify us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment so that we may fill your allotted time frame. Within 48 hour cancellation a 50% charge will be charged. If you do not show for your appointment without calling a charge will apply and rescheduling may be difficult.
Please keep in mind you are purchasing time from our spa and staff. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointments it must be done before 72 hours (depending on the amount of service time booked) A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required when scheduling two or more services and all packages. This non-refundable deposit will be used as part of the payment once the services are rendered. Due to the timeliness nature of our specialty packages that are more than 3 hours if you cancel or reschedule giving less than 4 days (96hours) notice the 50% deposit will be used as the charge for the services cancelled. THIS 50% DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. The week of any major holiday, a 2 weeks notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. If your appointment is a no show you will be charged 100% of your services.
Please note that any grouping of services which runs for two hours of time or more is considered a package. When you call to schedule your appointment, please have your gift certificate number or Visa or Mastercard available. Services CANNOT be scheduled without payment.
Gift certificates can be purchased with visa or mastercard online or cash, check, Visa, & Mastercard at our facility. Due to us not collecting & keeping your information Gift cards are not replacable if lost or stolen. Gift cards are expired after 1 year from date of purchase. Each month after that initial 13 months your gift card will be charged $10.00 per month until the card is void of any monies. Any purchase for services after one year from the date of purchase will be charged the difference of the service if used after one year.
